This category of data is essential to the core logistics function of ADRXP and is shared with our approved logistics partners solely for the purpose of completing deliveries.

Payment Information

ADRXP collects payment transaction records and, where applicable, bank account details for the purpose of processing refunds or vendor payouts. It is important to note that ADRXP does not store card details when payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Card data is handled entirely by the payment processor, which operates under its own security standards and data protection obligations.

Device and Technical Information

When you access the ADRXP platform, we automatically collect certain technical information about your device and connection. This includes your IP address, browser type, device model and operating system, and log and usage data. This information helps us maintain platform security, troubleshoot technical issues, and understand how the platform is being used so we can continue improving it.

Location Data

ADRXP collects delivery-related location data for the purpose of order fulfillment and logistics coordination. This data is used specifically in connection with the delivery of orders and is not retained for any other purpose beyond what is necessary to complete the relevant transaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

ADRXP uses the personal data it collects for specific, clearly defined purposes. We do not use your data in ways that are unrelated to your use of the platform or that you would not reasonably expect.

•  To operate and manage the ADRXP marketplace and all services provided through it.
